This is a workshop so come ready to roll up your sleeves with your team! We will dig into the key areas of your strategy to create the confidence you need to grow your business.

    Understanding your cashflow and it's cycles is one of the most important building blocks of growing a profitable business. Shannon will breakdown the steps required to understand the intricate process of mapping your Key Process Flow Map and Cashflow and how to use it to grow your business.
